THE FINAL WEEK ( 22/07/24 - 31/07/24)                          This was a tightly packed week with many activities, school programmes, exams, classes etc. Being the last week at St Mary's HSS we had many things to do within that week. My week began by the general observation by Ancy ma'am. 22/07/24- On 22nd I had two hours in my class . I concluded the chapter 'The boy who drew cats' in one hour and in the next hour I took question tags using the direct instructional model. Ancy ma'am came for the observation while teaching the grammar topic. The class was good, the content was transacted well using different aids. Students were asked to study for a test paper the next day. 23/07/24 - On 23rd during the substitution hour in my class I conducted the acheivement test for 25 marks. SPORTS DAY WAS CONDUCTED ON 24TH JULY  GUPTA HOUSE EMERGED AS THE WINNER OF THE DAY SHIYANGSHA AND ABIN PRAKASH BECAME THE FEMALE AND MALE CHAMPIONS  

WEEK 6 (17/07/24 - 19/07/24 )                     In this week many of my friends had observation hours so I went to help them with the aids and ppt. Meanwhile I continued with my class and action plan. Duties were also done orderly. 17/07/24 - 19/07/24- This was a week after a long holiday. So the number of students in the classes were less. The chapter was continued in the class. Interesting folklore narration was given. Notes were also given. Powerpoint presentations were used for glossary  

WEEK 5 (08/07/24 - 12/07/24)                              This week we got morning duty in certain UP classes. Student's incomplete notebooks were rechecked. 'The boy who drew cats' was continued in the class. In between on 11th I took a leave since I had an exam to attend. 08/07/24-10/07/24 - 'The boy who drew cats' was continued in the class using different creative entry activities. Alongside the action plan was also carried out. A documentary of National geographic channel and a small part Harry potter movie was also shown. Roleplaying was carried out 12/07/24 - On this day I had my second round observation by the optional teacher. I had two hours in my class that day. On the substitution hour I took the grammar topic 'Suffix' using concept attainment model and it was observed by the teacher. The topic was transacted clearly using fun activities. WEEK 4 (01/07/24 - 06/07/24)                    A new month , a new beginning - as part of Semester 4 Project 'An Action Research in improving the English Language usage among secondary students', I began the implementation of my 15 day long action plan in my class. This week I had observation by my optional teacher. I implemented my action plan after my daily class. The week went as usual. 01/07/24 - On Monday I had class observation by my optional teacher Meekha ma'am. I began a new poem 'Tajmahal' by Rabindranath Tagore that day. The class was good, I was able to manage the class well. The chapter was introduced to the students by narrating a story. Teacher went back after completing the observation of my fellow teachers. 02/07/24 - The poem was continued that day.
