FOURTH WEEK
MARKING AN END TO THE TEACHING PRACTISE PHASE
Our last week at St Johns was same time busy yet memorable.We involved in a wide range of activities from conducting conscientisation programme, field study, sociometry, acheivement test to diagnostic test.Teachers came for the final round observations. We took our students to Mar Ivanios college
zoology lab for observation. We were allotted to assist the children in their christmas programmes. On december 7th Christmas was celebrated at the school. It was an amazing day. Finally on the 8th of December 2023 we bid goobye to St johns Hss marking an end to the 40 days long teaching practice phase. Words cant explain the kind of experience we got there. it will be forever etched in our memory💓💓

In the beginning of the new month I continued with the chapter 'The happiness Machine' and it was concluded on 5th. We had various duties on these days like supervising the practice session etc. I got a substitution in my class on 5th , during that period I taught the activities of the chapter to the students. On the next day active and passive voice was taken using the direct instructional model. After that on 7th the topic modal auxiliaries using advance organiser model. On 8th I had two hours in my class during the first hour I took my last lesson plan of 'The Prayer in spring'. After that in the next the period I interacted with my students it was really a heartwarming experience. They shared their feedbacks and happy memories of our class. I gave them sweets and extended my gratitude towards them for being good students.
