WEEK 3 ( 25/06/24 - 28/06/24)                       In this week Ancy ma'am came for class observation from the part of general teachers and Neena ma'am also came for optional observation. The selection process for different scouts ,NCC, SPC etc was ongoing in the school. Students were busy with the selection procedures. We got substitution hours in different classes. In some classes we played games, in some classes stories were told and in others different general topics were discussed. 25/06/24 - 27/06/24 - After completing the textual activities I began with the writing part in my class 8 O. The students were taught different composition like informal letter, diary entry, Notice , conversation etc over the course of these three days. 28/06/24 -  On that day I had morning duty. WEEK 2 ( 18/06/24 - 22/06/24)                    On the second week the leaders of our team prepared a proper duty chart and we began doing our duties in an orderly manner. As part of the reading week a programme was conducted at the school and the chief guest for the programme was the esteemed central minister Sri Suresh Gopi. We took part in the preparations for the programme like stage decor, flower arrangement etc. Overall the week was good. 18/06/24 - During the 6th period I continued with the chapter 'The Mysterious Picture'. Students had doubts with word meaning and I cleared those using different examples. I had noon duty for that day. Students and teachers were all preparing for the next day's programme. 19/06/24 -  On 19th the third level of district-wise 'Mann ki Baat' was inagurated at the school by the esteemed central minister Sri Suresh Gopi. 9th std students were taken for this reading day programme.   WEEK 1 (12/06/24 - 15-06-24) ON THE FIRST DAY OF TEACHING INTERNSHIP AT ST MARY'S HSS PATTOM ALTHOUGH WE HAD THE STRENGTH OF EXPERIENCE FROM THE I PHASE PRACTICE, WE WERE A LITTLE NERVOUS. SUCH A LARGE SCHOOL WITH 1000'S OF STUDENTS APPEARED TO BE AN AMUSING SIGHT FOR ALL OF US. ON THE FIRST DAY WE HAD A SHORT MEETING WITH THE HM, MRS RANI ALEX MA'AM AND THE PRINCIPAL ,FATHER NELSON. THEY BOTH GAVE US STRENGTH AND SUPPORT TO BEGIN OUR JOURNEY. AFTER THE PRAYER WE GOT THAT DAY'S SUBSTITUTION CLASSES AND KITCHEN DUTY. WE DIVIDED THE SUBSTITUTION CLASSES, KITCHEN DUTY, NOON DUTY AND EVENING DUTY AMONG US EQUALLY. AFTER WHICH EACH OF US WENT TO OUR RESPECTIVE CLASSES, MET OUR MENTORS AND STARTED OUT SMOOTHLY.         12/06/24 - On the first day my hour was on the 4th period.                                AFTER A REFRESHING VACATION WE ARE BACK IN OUR COATS AS TEACHERS. AS PART OF THE SECOND PHASE OF TEACHING INTERNSHIP 16 OF US GOT ST. MARY'S HSS, PATTOM FOR OUR PRACTICE. ON 7TH OF JUNE 2024 WE WERE SENT TO OUR RESPECTIVE SCHOOLS TO COLLECT OUR TIMETABLE. I GOT ASSIGNED WITH 8 O UNDER THE MENTORSHIP OF JAI MA'AM.
