CONSCIENTISATION PROGRAMME TOPIC:  SOCIAL MEDIA AND GAMING ADDICTION IN ADOLESCENTS During the course of the teaching practice it was noted that majority of the students are addicted to social media and gaming. Many of the students aim to become gamers in the future. Thus it was observed that the students are very much addicted and are living in its fantasy world. Thus realising this grave issue we decided to conduct a conscientisation programme to create awareness among the students on in the ill effects of socila media and gaming.  

                As part of the B.ed curriculum a field study was conducted in St Johns HSS based on a relevant observation made at the school. The topic of the field study was 'Organic farming'. In today's world where people are falling ill of chronic diseases easily is linked to consumption of inorganic and processed food. Thus the through the study we sought emphasis the importance of organic farming and good health. A questionnaire was prepared for the field study.

SECOND WEEK AT ST JOHNS                                    The second week after a short break was a busy one with many programmes in line starting with Kerala Piravi. The principal of our college Dr Joju John sir was one of the guests for the Kerala Piravi programme. Based on the theme of Keraleeyam a quiz was conducted for the students by us.  Following that day in the same week we conducted a poster making competition for the students on the topic technological education. Apart from the school activities , from my part the week was good ,I was able to build a good rapport with the children thereby was able to facilitate a healthy classroom environment. Ancy maam came for my second round observation and gave me good remarks. 2/11/23 - 17/11/23 We came back to the school after a tiresome exam week however we were happy to be back.
